While our client roster covers a truly eclectic cross-section of industries, our process is nearly always the same.

With each client, we clearly identify the specific problem or challenge, the desired outcome and all budget and time constraints. We also identify the pricing structure (fixed price, hourly rate, cost plus, etc.) that makes the most sense for the client and the project.

Regardless of their differences, all of our clients share two primary concerns: the need to stay informed throughout the process, and the need to produce the desired result at the end of that process. In light of this, we put reporting systems in place to apprise you of our progress, and we keep the desired result in mind throughout every stage of the process.
