Phase I Proposal Assistance
Techshot can assist and teach a small business the process of preparing a Phase I SBIR proposal. The tasks that would be performed include the following:
- Review agency RFP with small business for proposal requirements.
- Provide guidance to determine the key information that should be included in each proposal section.
- Assist in creating a proposal document that meets all agency RFP format requirements.
- Provide guidance during writing of the proposal.
- Provide review and feedback on first draft and final proposal.
- Assist with the proposal submission process to one agency.
